Commandments Of The City

Illustration I made for my project dedicated to Vladimir Petrovich Burich's poetry.
This illustration is for "Commandments Of The City"
When I am leaving, I turn off the light
I cross the street at intersections
First I look to the left
reaching the middle - to the right
I'm afraid of the car
I'm afraid of falling leaves
I do not smoke
I don't litter
I don't walk on lawns
I eat washed fruits
I drink boiled water
I brush my teeth before going to bed
I don’t read in the dark or lying down
So he lived to a ripe old age
And what?
Keep your money in a savings account?
____

And in the land of violins
keys are stick
